Meet the Social Team
The social team is the group that is behind the scenes creating interactive and informative content across various social media channels for Digital Additive. Since we’re a team of six women, we wanted to do a spotlight on everyone to round out this Women’s History Month.
So without further ado, here’s the team! Not to be biased, but we think we’re a pretty cool group.
Brea
What made you want to be on the social team?
I’ve always had a love for social media and it was an opportunity to put together fun and engaging content that represents our damn good agency! It’s a chance to be creative and collaborative with team members from different departments, which is always a good time.
Favorite social media platform.
Tiktok! I swore I would never download it, but now I’m addicted. It’s entertaining, aggressively relatable, and super educational. I just wish I knew how to stop scrolling when it’s time for bed!
What do you do in your free time?
In my free time I love to create! I usually create digital art on Procreate, and I find inspiration from apps like Pinterest.
Katie
What made you want to be on the social team?
I wanted to be on the social team, originally, to feature all the fun stuff we were doing around the office (pre-pandemic). Now, since we’re all WFH, it’s been a fun, creative outlet for me to work with a group of ladies I don’t normally get to work with. We have a lot of fun coming up with campaigns, and it’s been a great challenge.
What do you do in your free time?
Outside of work, I’m a huge bookworm and TV show fiend. I’m always watching a series or picking up a new book.
Guilty pleasure song ?
I don’t feel guilty about this at all but any ABBA or Disclosure song.
Lisa
What made you want to be on the social team?
I like to call working on social my “fun project” because it’s so different than the rest of the work I do. It’s a creative outlet that has a little more freedom from the day-to-day and includes working with a team of ladies I don’t usually get to collaborate with.
What can you not live without?
Chapstick. I’m 100% one of those weirdos who has a desk chapstick, nightstand chapstick, car chapstick, purse chapstick,…
In a parallel universe, what career would you have?
A detective — I love gathering facts and examining them from different angles before coming to a conclusion. I may or may not have read/watched a lot of crime dramas and documentaries.

Favorite social media platform
OG Instagram! I love when it first came out and we used the original filters, took in-the-moment photos. Now, it’s grown to be such an incredible platform! It’s my place to find new brands, new products, and my consistent go to for inspiration.
What do you do in your free time?
I absolutely love traveling! I would travel to a new place every weekend if I could! When not traveling, especially now, I enjoy hiking, reading on a patio and having random dance parties in my living room.
What can you not live without?
Spotify & mac n cheese

Favorite social media platform
I love instagram! I l love the fact that the algorithm always shows me content I’m interested in. For me, it’s a way to discover new brands, new products and just new things in general. I could scroll for days!
What made you want to be on the social team?
Since starting in marketing, I have always felt intrigued by how social media lets you target your content to the right people at the right time. You can spend so little and produce so much. Add the fact that you get to be creative at the time of content creation, and you’ve got the perfect match! So as soon as I heard there was the opportunity to help DA’s Social Team, I knew I had to take it. What else could I ask for, I am learning all about personalized digital marketing through email and social AND sharing with a fun group of creative ladies!
What do you do in your free time?
I love scrapbooking and cooking as hobbies! These activities truly relax me. And my passion is traveling — there are so many places I want to see once we are able to go back to traveling.

Instagram! I love photography. It’s very interesting to see what people think is worthy of a photograph.
In a parallel universe, what career would you have?
Research Psychologist. The human mind is endlessly fascinating to me and I could easily study it for the rest of my life.
Little known fact about you?
I’m related to a United States President — Rutherford B. Hayes (19th).
